Betting (originating from the word “Bet” ; stake, wager) means making predictions about the future action (increase or decrease) of the rate of different financial instruments and receiving compensation, should those predictions prove to be true.

Betting is done by quoting a certain amount against the increase or decrease of the rate of a chosen currency pair within a certain time period. If by the end of the specified time slot the prediction proves to be true, the player receives gain, which is twice the amount of the bet.

There is no need to actually buy or sell currency or securities –
all you need to do is make predictions.


Example:
You predict increase of the Euro exchange rate against the US Dollar that within the next 3 hours. Thus you initiate a transaction buying EURUSD-bt in the amount of 0.01 lot at the price of 1.2345 specifying that the term of the transaction is 3 hours. Deposit (or bet size) in this case will be 1 RUB (for the ruble account). At the end of the three-hour period, the transaction will be automatically closed. If the transaction closing quote is higher than the opening quote your profit will amount to 2 RUB (deposit size x 2). Likewise, if the closing quote is lower than or equal to the opening quote, your loss will be the 1 RUB.
